The service providers Amazon Webservices Inc. and Cloudflare, Inc. have self-certified under this framework and have thus committed themselves to compliance. Self-certification means that the transfer of personal data to the USA is permitted on the basis of the adequacy decision.

We have concluded standard data protection clauses with Vercel Inc, 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723 in accordance with Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c) GDPR to ensure an adequate level of protection in the transfer of data.

e. Storage period and, if applicable, criteria for determining the storage period
